Job summary

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for the Referral and Assessment Team in Somerset. You will screen referrals, conduct initial risk assessments, and determine eligibility while coordinating with police, schools, and health services.

• Liaise with police, schools, health services, and other agencies to gather information.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for further action.
• Escalate cases to child protection teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and timely responses to referrals.
