Nocturnist opportunity in Osage Beach, Missouri

Located in Lake Ozarks, MO; 75 miles from Columbia, MO; 170 miles from St. Louis, MO. The health system serves a population of approximately 90,000 within a 25-mile radius. The system is seeking a full-time BC/BE Nocturnist physician as it continues to expand in a thriving community.

1. Full-time, permanent position
2. Employed opportunity with a strong, independent, non-profit hospital - 501(c)(3)
3. Joining an established team of: six daytime hospitalists (four physicians, two acute care nurse practitioners) and one Nocturnist physician
4. 12-hour shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
5. Block schedules: 5 on/5 off or 7 on/7 off
6. Minimum of 15 shifts per month, totaling 180 shifts per year
7. EMR system: Meditech
8. Compensation: Shift pay plus RVU-generated bonus, with high earning potential; additional shift bonus if covering ICU
