Job description

Seeking a full-time BC/BE Nocturnist as our group continues to expand in a thriving community. This opportunity offers block scheduling, promoting a great work-life balance.

1. Open ICU; no procedures required
2. Employed position with a strong, independent, non-profit hospital - 501(c)(3)
3. Join an established team: six daytime Hospitalists (four physicians, two acute care nurse practitioners) and one Nocturnist physician
4. 12-hour shifts: 7:00am to 7:00pm or 7:00pm to 7:00am
5. Block schedules: 5 on/5 off or 7 on/7 off
6. Minimum of 15 shifts per month, totaling 180 shifts per year
7. EMR System: Meditech
8. Contract: $2,080 per night shift plus shift pay and RVU-generated bonus, offering high earning potential; additional bonus for ICU coverage
