Job description

- Employed, full-time, permanent position within a multi-specialty group.
- Join a strong, independent, non-profit hospital (501(c)(3)).
- Be part of an established team: six daytime hospitalists (four physicians and two acute care nurse practitioners) and one nocturnist physician.
- 12-hour shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Block schedules: 5 on/5 off or 7 on/7 off.
- Minimum of 15 shifts per month, totaling approximately 180 shifts per year.
- EMR System: Meditech.
- Contract includes shift pay plus RVU-generated bonuses, with high earning potential and extra shift bonuses for ICU coverage.
- Comprehensive benefits package includes:
