Job description

Seeking a full-time BC/BE Nocturnist as group continues to expand in a thriving community. This opportunity offers block scheduling for a great work-life balance.

1. Open ICU; no procedures
2. Employed opportunity with a strong, independent, non-profit hospital (501(c)(3))
3. Joining an established team: six daytime hospitalists (four physicians, two acute care nurse practitioners) and one nocturnist physician
4. 12-hour shifts: 7:00am to 7:00pm or 7:00pm to 7:00am
5. Block schedules: 5 on/5 off or 7 on/7 off
6. Minimum of 15 shifts per month (180 per year)
7. EMR System: Meditech
8. Contract: $2,080 per night shift, shift pay plus RVU bonus; high earning potential; extra shift bonus for ICU coverage
