Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital is seeking a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist for night shift at our Ypsilanti sleep center. This full-time position features a 36-hour schedule across three 12-hour shifts and a starting rate of $27.00 per hour.

You will perform nocturnal polysomnograms, initiate CPAP therapy, score studies, maintain equipment, train new staff, and ensure patient safety in line with AASM standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Twelve to eighteen months of related experience preferred.
• Board certification from BRPT or ABSM is required.
• Colleagues not registered or CRPSGTs must pass board exam within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up all necessary equipment and prepare patient for test.
• Instruct patient on PAP therapy and apply electrodes per AASM standards.
• Calibrate and monitor equipment; troubleshoot as needed.
• Score polygraphic records and summarize findings for physician review.
