Job summary

Banner Health seeks an ACNP to join the Nocturnal Critical Care team at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. The ACNP will directly manage critical care patients, perform procedures, interpret tests, prescribe medications, and engage in education and research. New grads with critical care experience are encouraged.

Location is Banner University Medical Center Phoenix with night shifts and rotating weekends. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Current ACNP certification required.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances.
• Experienced or new grads with critical care experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage nocturnal care for critical care patients.
• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
• Provide education, consultation, and participate in research.
