Job summary

NoaNet is seeking a Technician II, NOC (Tier II) in Spokane Valley to provide on-shift monitoring, management, and advanced troubleshooting to maintain network availability. The role supports DevOps projects to automate internal NOC tools and processes, collaborating with IT and engineering teams and adhering to SLAs.

The position requires experience in telecom operations, network automation, and a strong focus on customer-facing problem resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates in engineering, computer science, electronics tech, telecommunications or related field.
• 2+ years in telecom operations, network automation, DevOps, systems administration, or related technical environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service-related escalations and troubleshoot customer service issues.
• Maintain 24x7x365 awareness for NOC operations and SLA adherence.
• Escalate to internal/external teams to expedite repairs and awareness.
• Analyze data to identify trends and regional performance, and improve operations.
• Document automation processes and maintainable scripts for Network Operations.
