Responsibilities

• Establish and staff an effective NOC team with growth plans.
• Lead deployment, administration, and maintenance of LAN/WAN technologies; handle trouble reports and work orders.
• Oversee incident/problem management reports and vendor partnerships; manage budgets and costs.
• Coordinate with Change Management to ensure compliance criteria and policy adherence.
• Oversee staff training, performance metrics, and continuous process improvements.
• Work across shifts, including weekends/holidays, as needed.
