Job summary

COMTECH TELECOMMUNICATIONS in Colorado is seeking a Supervisor, NOC to lead a shift of Network Analysts, monitor production environments, and drive incident resolution. Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and team leadership.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux command line environments.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as BMC ITSM or ServiceNow.
• Minimum five years of experience in Help Desk or Network Administration; supervisory experience preferred.
• Foundational understanding of telecommunications call flows and signaling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the NOC team and ensure timely customer calls handling.
• Direct triage, escalation, and resolution of incidents with Tier 3 coordination.
• Guided problem analysis and knowledge base improvements.
• Act as Incident Manager for major impairments and manage escalation.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor and customer communication on issues.
• Lead training and development for Tier 1 and 2 staff.
