Glisan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the noc shift to supervise day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care facility in Portland, Oregon.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, participate in quality assurance and care planning, and lead nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care during your tour of duty.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess active RN license in Oregon.
• Current CPR certification.
• 2+ years experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Develop, maintain, and update written policies and procedures for the nursing service department.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Participate in quality assurance and facility surveys as required.
• Lead nursing staff and coordinate with other departments to ensure continuity of care.
