NOC Shift Lead Caregiver Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and encouraging independence
• Escorting residents within and outside the building as needed
• Completing overnight caregiver responsibilities as assigned
• Developing positive employee relations and promoting a positive environment
• Communicating with Wellness Director about resident status, staffing, and other issues
• Coordinating care with residents, families, and medical staff to ensure quality and a homelike environment
• Monitoring and documenting changes in resident conditions, incidents, and other significant events
• Treating residents with dignity and respect at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CNA certification preferred
• Experience in nursing, senior living, home health, or related fields preferred
