NOC Shift Lead Caregiver Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and encouraging independence
• Escorting residents within and outside the building as needed
• Ensuring overnight caregiver duties are completed
• Developing positive relationships, promoting recognition, and maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Consulting daily with the Wellness Director on resident status, staffing, and occupancy
• Coordinating care with residents, families, medical and nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Documenting significant resident condition changes, incidents, and other relevant information per policies and regulations
• Treating residents with dignity and respect at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CNA certification preferred
• Experience in nursing, senior living, home health, or related fields preferred
