NOC Shift Lead Caregiver Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, treatments, and encouraging independence.
• Escorting residents within and outside the building as needed.
• Completing overnight caregiver responsibilities as assigned.
• Developing positive employee relations, incentive, and recognition programs; promoting positive interactions; maintaining approachability, communication, and interpersonal skills; resolving issues promptly.
• Consulting daily with the Wellness Director regarding resident status, occupancy, staffing, and related issues.
• Communicating with residents, families, medical staff, nursing staff, interdisciplinary team members, and department heads to coordinate care, improve service plans, and maintain a homelike environment.
• Monitoring and documenting significant changes in residents' conditions, including incidents, injuries, medication errors, property loss, or dissatisfaction, in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Treating residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Experience in nursing, senior living, home health, or similar fields preferred.
