Job summary

Cura of Sauk Centre is seeking a Charge Nurse (LPN) for the Overnight shift to provide essential nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians. The role involves monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.

The position features 12-hour shifts with a differential of $3–$4 per hour and a starting wage of $27.75 plus differential.

Qualifications

• Valid and current LPN license.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care practices, medication administration, and patient safety protocols.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering injections, and managing wound care.
• Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in patient status to Registered Nurses or physicians promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Document all nursing care and patient information accurately and timely.
• Support patients with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with infection control standards and healthcare regulations.

Cura of Sauk Centre is seeking a Charge Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on our Overnight shift.

12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend scheduling. Up to $4/hour shift differential.

Starting Wage: $27.75 + $3 or $4 shift differential.

SIGN-ON BONUS

Earn up to $1,500 for Full-Time or $750 for Part-Time

Charge Nurse Responsibilities

• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend, and holidays as part of the rotation.
