Cura of Melrose is seeking a Charge Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight healthcare team. You will provide essential nursing care under supervision, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and RNs to ensure safe, compassionate care.

This 12-hour shift position features every 3rd weekend rotation and a shift differential of up to $4/hour (evening and night). A full-time sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 is offered, with prorated amounts for part-time roles.

Cura of Melrose is seeking a Charge Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on our Overnight shift.

12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend scheduling. Up to $4/hour shift differential.

Earn up to $1,500 for Full-Time or $750 for Part-Time

Charge Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering injections, and managing wound care.
• Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in patient status to Registered Nurses or physicians promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Document all nursing care and patient information accurately and timely.
• Support patients with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with infection control standards and healthcare regulations.

• Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care practices, medication administration, and patient safety protocols preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend, and holidays as part of the rotation.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
