Cura Health in Sauk Centre, MN, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide essential nursing care under supervision, ensuring safe and personalized care with patient comfort in focus.

The role supports a 12-hour shift pattern, every 3rd weekend, and offers a starting wage of $27.75/hour plus a sign-on bonus up to $1,500 for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid LPN license or be a recent graduate obtaining license within 4 months.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in long term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care practices, medication administration, and patient safety protocols.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and wound care.
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
• Assist with patient assessments and promptly report changes to RNs or physicians.
• Document nursing care and patient information accurately and timely.
• Support patients with activities of daily living and ensure comfort and safety.

Cura Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.

At Cura of Sauk Centre, an LPN will provide essential nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians, ensuring our patients receive safe, effective, and personalized healthcare services. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering high-quality care, proficient in clinical skills, and committed to promoting patient comfort and well-being. Our nurse-to-resident ratios are between 1:10 and 1:22. This role involves monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, wound care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal health outcomes. We offer 12-hour shifts and every 3rd Weekend scheduling.

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering injections, and managing wound care.
• Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in patient status to Registered Nurses or physicians promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Document all nursing care and patient information accurately and timely.
• Support patients with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with infection control standards and healthcare regulations.

• Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or a recent graduate who will obtain an LPN license within 4 months.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in long term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care practices, medication administration, and patient safety protocols.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff are preferred.
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend, and holidays.

• Annual salary: 51000-75000 USD/year
