Job summary

Cura of Sauk Centre is seeking a Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our care team on the Overnight shift. You will provide patient-focused nursing care under supervision, monitor conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support safe outcomes.

We offer competitive pay with a $3 evening and $4 night shift differential, a $1,500 sign-on for full-time, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in the United States.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care practices and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and wound care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Assess patients and report changes to RNs or physicians promptly.
• Document nursing care accurately and timely.
