Job summary

Aurora Valley Care Skilled Nursing & Rehab (a Caldera Care facility) seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our full-time night shift team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor changes, and document care while delivering compassionate, person-centered support.

Requirements include current CNA certification, OBRA registry, excellent interpersonal skills, CPR/First Aid, and knowledge of care policies.

• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (transferring, hygiene, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the supervisor.
• Document all cares provided before end of shift (fluid/food intake, BM/Bladder activity, transfers).
• Maintain cleanliness of resident care areas and equipment.
• Provide transport assistance as needed for appointments or activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality of care and safety.
• Report staff/resident issues to direct supervisor as necessary.

Pay Range: $24-$26 DOE

FULL TIME ONLY

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist assigned residents with activities of daily living (transferring, hygiene, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.)
• Monitor and report any changes in condition with assigned residents
• Document all cares completed with and for residents before end of shift (fluid/food intake, BM/Bladder activity, transfers, etc.)
• Ensure cleanliness of all resident and resident care areas
• Provide transport assistance as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality of care
• Report to direct supervisor any staff/resident issues/concerns as necessary

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:

• Current CNA certification and active OBRA registry
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• First aid and CPR certifications
