Job summary

Bakersfield Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role in Bakersfield, CA. The position offers a pay range of $42–$45 per hour, DOE, and a supportive environment that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in California.
• CPR certification required.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shift.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
