Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program with a Bachelor or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of Registered Nursing experience in the applicable area.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Provider card and CA RN license.

Responsibilities

• Creates and sustains an environment that supports compassionate caring through authentic presence with the patient and family.
• Collects and documents data for assigned patients according to prescribed methods.
• Interprets assessment data to determine risk factors and reports variances.
• Collaborates with patient, family and healthcare team to develop an individualized plan of care.
• Implements nursing and physician orders safely and prioritizes nursing actions.
• Establishes nursing diagnoses and writes a plan of care; evaluates and revises as needed.
