Laurel Wellness and Nursing Center in California is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time night shift (every other weekend). The ideal candidate holds a California RN license, is fully vaccinated (including booster), and has PCC experience.

You will lead nursing staff, perform rounds, and ensure orders are followed to deliver safe, high-quality resident care. The role involves admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, coordinating with physicians, and welcoming new residents

Competenze

Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in California.
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster shots.
Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred.
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).

Mansioni

Provide leadership to all nursing staff and ensure quality care for residents.
Conduct assessments, rounds, carry out physician orders and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
Orient and welcome new residents and families.
Other duties as assigned.
