Job summary

Laurel Wellness and Nursing Center in Rialto, CA, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team for the NOC weekend shifts. This part-time role focuses on high-quality resident care with leadership responsibilities during your shift.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered RN license to practice in California.
• COVID-19 vaccination including booster shots.
• Experience providing direct care to multiple residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Conduct assessments, rounds, follow physicians' orders, coordinate with care team.
• Admit, transfer, discharge residents as needed.
• Make rounds with physicians and orient new residents and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in California
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster shots
• Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)

Primary Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all other facility nursing staff ensuring quality care is provided to all residents.
• Conduct assessments, make rounds, carry out physician’s orders, and communicate with our other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of excellent care in a clean, safe, dignified, happy and healthy environment
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary
• Orient and welcome new residents and families
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale:

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
