Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas is seeking a NOC Supervisor I to lead a 24/7 Network Operations Center team. You will oversee Tier 1/2 support, SLA management, and incident response, while collaborating with internal units to deliver exceptional service worldwide.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree (or equivalent) and 3–4 years in network operations or data center support, with ITIL knowledge and strong communication skills. Onsite role in Ashburn, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3–4 years of related experience in network operations or help desk.
• Experience in managed services or data center services.
• Baseline technical aptitude: Windows, IP networking, Active Directory, VPN, MS Office; ITIL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 24/7 technical staff and provides guidance.
• Manages scheduling for Network Operations personnel.
• Monitors and reports SLA performance and incidents.
• Coordinates outage recovery and post-incident analysis.
• Develops policies and procedures for the NOC.
• Provides written plans to enhance products and services.
