Job summary

LUMA Energy seeks a Network Operations Center professional to monitor and resolve telecom network alarms, ensuring reliability and service continuity across substations, data centers, and control centers. You will coordinate with technical teams to restore services swiftly and maintain operational health.

The role requires hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, IP networks, and telecom backbone systems, plus strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical diploma in IT, telecommunications, or CS.
• 3+ years in NOC, telecom operations, or network support.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN, IP networks, telecom backbone systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and resolve network alarms and connectivity issues.
• Oversee telecom backbone equipment across sites and data centers for reliability.
• Direct field technicians to faults to restore service promptly.
• Provision new circuits for substations, SCADA, data, voice, and teleprotection.
