Job summary

Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community in Escondido, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for the night shift (7PM–7AM) in our 19-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time position emphasizes personalized, compassionate care in a small SNF setting.

You'll work with CNAs and RNs to deliver high-quality resident care, follow regulations and care plans, and document nursing duties while supporting a warm, faith-guided community for residents and families alike.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license.
• Minimum 2 years in long-term care.
• Strong interpersonal and nursing assessment skills.
• Ability to direct nursing care and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality resident care following policies and procedures.
• Document nursing care and update care plans.
• Monitor and manage medications and treatments.
• Coordinate with CNAs and RNs and report to the Director of Nursing.
