• Ensures correct dosage and timely administration.
• Records residents' responses to medications.
• Provides basic wound care and other treatments as ordered.
• Monitors wound healing and reports complications.
• Collaborates with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to coordinate care.
• Participates in care planning meetings and resident care plan development.
