Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community in Escondido, CA, is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, personalized care in a non-profit SNF with a high nurse-to-patient ratio. The role emphasizes accurate medical care and enriching personal interactions for residents and families.

You will follow regulations, document nursing duties, monitor care plans, and collaborate with LVN/RN leadership, serving as a positive example for the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current & valid CNA license in California.
• Experience in long-term care (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills including patience and compassion.
• Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple items/tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
• Willingness to respond effectively to emergencies or crises.

Responsabilités

• Follow federal, state, and company regulations/policies to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Direct and document nursing duties and monitor care plans and procedures.
• Report to the Director of Staff Development and Director of Nursing; lead by positive example.
