Job summary

Boldyn Networks, Las Vegas, invites a NOC Engineer II - Overnight to join our global team delivering reliable, scalable network infrastructure for educational clients. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve outages across L1-L3, participate in on-call rotations, and document end-to-end network configurations.

The role requires CCNA or better, a bachelor’s in IT/engineering or equivalent, and strong routing, DHCP/DNS, Radius, and firewall experience.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of escalation, incident management, and change management processes.
  • Knowledge of large enterprise and campus LANs, Wi-Fi/WLANs.
  • TCP/IP, IP addressing, telnet, SSH experience.
  • Experience supporting a BGP environment and routing protocols (Static, EIGRP, OSPF).
  • Experience with Radius, DHCP, and DNS servers.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network outages (L1-L3) and service interruptions.
  • Use policies to provide timely ticket updates and document work.
  • Assist with LAN configurations (Routers/Firewalls) and Microsoft OS.
  • Provide end-to-end network documentation and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Serve as liaison between engineering and client staff in a team setting.
