Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Saratoga, CA seeks a Certified Nurse Assistant for the overnight (NOC) shift. The role provides nursing and related services to residents to meet individual care plans and ensure safety and dignity in a homelike environment.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, ADLs, mobility, and reporting to the nursing leadership. Must have a CNA certification and be able to work flexible weekend hours as required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification issued by the local Department of Health Services or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical information, and be easily understood through verbal communication in English.
• Prior health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents according to the plan of care.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and feeding.
• Assist with transfer and range of motion activities.
• Support restorative care to maintain functioning.
• Observe and report changes to the Unit Charge Nurse.
