Job summary

Saratoga Retirement Community in Saratoga, CA is seeking a compassionate CNA/NAR/HCA to join our upscale 94-bed Skilled Nursing Facility on a part-time night schedule. This role supports residents with ADLs, meals, and mobility while maintaining safety and a clean environment.

Qualifications include current CNA/NAR/HCA license, CPR/First Aid certification, high school diploma or equivalent, and English fluency. Training may include background checks and pre-employment tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read/write/speak English sufficiently.
• Must hold CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus specialized training.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Record vital signs and monitor residents' conditions.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing and oral hygiene.
• Assist in serving meals and supporting activities; help with transfers/ambulation.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
