Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Record daily chart notes and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Assist in serving meals and participate in activities.
• Maintain clean, safe environments and assist with admissions/discharges.
