Job summary

Central Gardens Post-Acute in San Francisco, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the NOC shift on a part-time basis. You will provide high-quality daily care, assist with activities of daily living, and respond promptly to resident needs.

The role offers PTO, ongoing training, recognition programs, and a collaborative team culture. Applicants must hold a California CNA certification and be able to work Fridays and Saturdays 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification required.
• Compassionate, reliable and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work the Friday and Saturday NOC schedule.
• Experience preferred, but motivated new CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality daily care and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and meal service as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence.
