Job summary

Mosaic Management is seeking a dedicated NOC Caregiver PT and On Call to provide compassionate care in our senior living community in Redding, CA. You will build meaningful connections and support residents to live daily with dignity and joy.

Responsibilities include hands-on care, health monitoring, and documenting observations in line with policies, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior caregiving experience is valued and English communication required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior caregiving or healthcare/long-term care experience valued.
• English reading/writing and clear communication required.
• Patience, empathy and desire to support seniors.

• Provide hands-on resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
• Monitor comfort and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Document care and observations per Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Report changes to Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Care & Support
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
• Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Health Monitoring & Documentation
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
• Report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
• Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
