Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and health monitoring, with accurate documentation and compliance with regulations. English communication and a patient, empathetic approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience valued.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
• Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate resident engagement and activities to promote social interaction.
