TruCare Community in Long Beach, CA is hiring a NOC Caregiver/Med Tech for a 10pm–6:30am shift. The role supports elderly residents with daily living activities, documentation, and care coordination. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered, with full-time positions available.

Schedule Needed:

NOC Shift (10pm-6:30am, Fri-Mon)

Villa Redondo is an assisted living facility for the elderly community (ages 59+) located in Downtown Long Beach, CA. We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregiver/Med Techs who have the passion to help the elderly and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications (non-negotiable):

• Able to pass DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
• Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in caregiving and medical administration preferred
• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available in various shifts

Job Description:

• Assist with daily assignments, ensuring completion in assistance with resident Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide ethical and respectful care to residents.
• Progressive documentation and communication with physician and /or medical professional.
• Ensure that residents stay stress-free as much as possible by working with medical professionals in regards to reducing of pain while promoting engagement and independence.
• Maintains good composure during emergencies and maintains a safe work environment.
• Communicates clearly, calmly and effectively with residents, families and Wellness Coordinator with any changes or resident concerns
• Complete any outstanding paperwork for the day including filing, logging medication and centrally stored record
• Additional duties as assigned by Administration
