O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Network Operations Analyst I to monitor and identify issues within defined guidelines, collect and analyze data, test equipment, and support higher-level staff. On-site in Springfield, MO, with no remote option, the role emphasizes fault isolation, incident response, and continuous improvement of IT operations.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree or equivalent training, 7–12 months of relevant experience, and a willingness to participate in on-call

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent technical training/certification.
• Sound understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months).
• Very limited managerial experience (0 to 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Review existing operations in own area and support in generating improvements.
• Provide operational support by performing CI activities using existing systems.
• Respond to queries from customers or suppliers and refer complex issues.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary.
• Provide initial fault isolation and propose resolutions for senior staff approval.
• Support routine website/app tests and monitor performance issues via user emails.
• Perform basic root-cause analysis tasks like data entry and records.
• Implement disaster recovery and contingency plans to protect data.
• Suggest technical developments to improve website/portal and infrastructure.
• Assist with incident logging, systems monitoring, and testing to support day-to-day IT operations.
