On-site in Springfield, MO, with no remote option. Responsibilities include incident handling, basic fault isolation, and collaboration with senior staff to enhance system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent technical training/certification.
• 1 year or less of experience typical for Analyst I role.
• Ability to monitor networks and perform basic fault isolation.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support by performing prescribed CI activities using existing systems and protocols.
• Respond to queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate complex issues to more senior colleagues.
• Perform initial fault isolation and support in proposing resolutions for approval by more senior staff.
• Support routine website/applications tests and monitor performance issues.
