Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training required.
• 1 year of network operations or related experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with incident logging and reporting processes.
• Understanding of WAN/LAN concepts and basic disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Review existing operations and propose continuous improvement ideas.
• Resolve queries from customers or suppliers regarding policies or procedures.
• Serve as escalation point and provide guidance on processes.
• Support ongoing CI activities: sharing, testing, and building.
• Provide first-line supervision when needed.
• Identify and isolate faults and propose resolutions for senior approval.
• Support routine website/app tests and monitoring tasks.
• Perform root cause analysis and document underlying causes.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Monitor software defects and suggest corrections to keep applications functional.
• Develop skills through training and industry reading.
