Job summary

GDH is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) support professional to monitor network, server, and infrastructure systems in a 24x7 environment. The role emphasizes quick incident triage, first-level troubleshooting, and escalation to engineering teams as needed.

You will update runbooks and participate in change management while communicating status to stakeholders. Ideal candidates have familiarity with TCP/IP, routing and switching, and NOC experience.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and basic understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Experience supporting network operations or NOC environments preferred.
• Basic knowledge of incident response and troubleshooting techniques.
• Certification such as CCNA or similar networking credentials is a plus.
• Prior experience in energy or utilities sectors is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing and service management tools is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including night and day hours.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Role Summary

It offers opportunities for remote work during night shifts and requires on-site presence for day shifts.

Pay Range

Publishing Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
