Job summary

Swissport International AG in the US/Canada region seeks a NOAM Finance Manager - Transformation (PMO) to coordinate and deliver the regional transformation agenda. This hands-on role runs the PMO cadence, supports initiative owners, and ensures governance aligns with Group PMO.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, IT and other functions, track benefits realization, manage risks, and communicate with senior leadership. Travel across the US & Canada region is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong project management and reporting capabilities.
• Experience coordinating transformation programs in large organizations.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and delivering fact-based materials.
• Willingness to travel across US & Canada.

Responsibilities

• Run the NOAM transformation PMO operating cadence with Group PMO standards.
• Maintain an integrated view of NOAM transformation portfolio, including milestones and risks.
• Develop clear plans, business cases, KPIs, and action plans for initiative owners.
• Track benefits realization, baselines, run-rate, and P&L impact with NOAM Finance.
• Prepare concise performance insights for CFO, CEO, and regional leadership.
