Job summary

Centurion Health in Nashville, TN, seeks a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for DeBerry Special Needs Facility. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients, under RN and medical staff supervision, addressing physical and mental health needs.

The role is day shift, 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Tennessee LPN license or ability to obtain one required.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.

We are currently seeking a full-time, day shift Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at DeBerry Special Needs Facility located in Nashville, Tennessee.

The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

Pay rates are between $32 and $40 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Shift: 7a-330pm Monday through Friday with some needed flexibility to come in earlier or stay later on days that clinics have different times.
