Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day shift at Northeast Correctional Complex in Mountain City, Tennessee. You will deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff, addressing a spectrum of health needs within corrected environments.

Licensed in TN or compact license is required, CPR/BLS current, and ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required (TN or compact)
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Work under supervision of RNs, medical and psychiatric staff
• Respond to a range of physical and mental health needs of incarcerated patients

We are currently seeking full-time, days Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at Northeast Correctional Complex located in Mountain City, Tennessee.

The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Tennessee LPN license, compact license or ability to obtain license
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
