Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, TN. The LPN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision, with a 5:30 pm–6:00 am shift, 3 twelve-hour days, and rotating weekends.

Qualifications include TN LPN license or eligibility, CPR, and ability to obtain security clearance. We offer strong pay and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO,

• Tennessee LPN license or ability to obtain license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of RNs, medical, and psychiatric staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

TheLPNis responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

• Tennessee LPN license or ability to obtain license
• Current CPR

Shift: 5:30 pm – 6:00 am, 3 12’s, rotating weekends
