Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for per diem work at Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, TN. You will provide holistic nursing care under supervision of RNs and medical staff for incarcerated patients in a secure, structured setting.

The role requires TN LPN license or ability to obtain, CPR certification, and a flexible schedule. Base pay is $32 per hour, with per diem compensation and benefits typical of our correctional health facilities.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center located in Nashville, Tennessee.

The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

Base rate is $32 per hour.

Qualifications

• Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
