Dent Wizard is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with no experience needed. Training is provided at the start, including 8 weeks of hands-on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging included.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour, with uncapped commissions and long-term earning potential of $60,000–$150,000+. The role involves travel to customer sites, building relationships, and promoting our services.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we provide comprehensive, paid training.
• Comfort working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents using Dent Wizard’s PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
