Job summary

TEAM Industries in Minnesota is seeking a Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations and ensure on-time deliveries. The position handles loading/unloading, inventory checks, and supply of packaging materials to work centers.

The role emphasizes safety, data entry accuracy, and basic forklift operation after certification. A high school diploma or GED and 3 months warehouse experience are preferred. Benefits include medical, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Forklift certification required or to be obtained.
• Ability to use computer equipment for standard processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment and follow safety rules.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Verify inventory counts and identify discrepancies.
• Supply work centers with packaging and materials.
• Stage product per reports.
• Accurately complete reports and all necessary paper work for the jobs.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per 5-S principles.
• Meet or exceed efficiency requirements.
• Participate in CIP events to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
