Job summary

the company is seeking a Delivery Consultant with 3–5 years in client-facing delivery or implementation. You will translate solution visions into working systems, building interfaces, automations, and integrations while engaging with operators and builders to drive tangible outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales, applying AI judiciously to accelerate progress and strengthen stakeholder trust across engagements. Remote-friendly and US-based roles are available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client-facing delivery or implementation role with direct accountability for outcomes.
• Hands-on technical depth: built complex systems with forms, automations, integrations, and data models, understanding trade-offs at each layer.
• Excellent communication across C-level sponsors, tech stakeholders, and business SMEs to earn trust.

Responsibilities

• Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to surface ground-level realities.
• Build interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations translating a solution vision into working systems.
• Close the gap between design and reality by proposing solutions when user feedback indicates issues.
• Leverage AI to gain time for customer engagement and measure customer-facing time value.
• QA work against real user behavior, not just automation triggers.
