Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to surface ground-level realities.
• Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations to translate vision into working systems.
• Make design trade-offs and close gaps between design and reality based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with AI to accelerate delivery while maintaining customer engagement and measurable outcomes.
• QA your own work against actual user behavior and ensure reliable automation performance.
• Create reusable patterns that extend impact beyond a single engagement.
• Achieve Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days across interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations.
