• You are outcome-driven and can guide customers toward workable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to surface ground-level realities.
• Build interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations translating a solution vision into working systems.
• Close the gap between designed and real by bringing solutions, not just flags.
• Leverage AI to increase customer engagement and time efficiency.
• QA your work against real user behavior and not just automation triggers.
• Create reusable build patterns to extend impact beyond individual engagements.
• Achieve Airtable platform proficiency across interfaces, automations, data modeling, and integrations within 90 days.
